| Seems to come in one of those beautiful mountain hut, not immediately visible because it’s almost hidden in the shadow of the dense green of the Appennino Bolognese’s pine. Would you want an advice before entering? Breathe deeply, and you’ll smell an intensive fresh air and nature scent, which is just little more than a memory for the people who living in the city, and then it will stimulate your appetite (if ever you’d need it!). Upon
entering, the feeling of mountain hut is confirmed by every wood
structures, by the furniture, by the charming fireplace on the ground
floor, by the mansard, by the little stairs connecting the floors…
At this point, an instinctive question comes to your mind: “there
are only Tyrolean
specialties,
here? Instead, the cuisine is typically
Emilian! We
say "qualla d'na vòlta", that means “the old school cuisine”
in local dialect. |

Tipical “crescentine”, pastry hand-rolled by some local housewives
…(that the
clean and healthy air of Trasasso keep their body fit (yes, the hope
is not entirely disinterested). And so, let’s go with beautiful and
compact noodles, yellow or green at the nettles, let’s go with “tortelloni”
one with fresh local “ricotta” (soft italian cheese) , and let’s go
with “tortellini” those little tiny, of guaranted * * *
